Visitors can use these bars to navigate through the artwork, with every movement affecting the other bars and the people who are standing on them. The artwork explores the aerial dance of swooping, intricately coordinated patterns in the sky, a phenomenon known as murmuration.

Finally, the installation Autonomous Abstraction, Continuous Phenomena from the Universe to the Self, explores the phenomenon of self-organization or spontaneous order. Self-organization can be seen in many systems, from physics to biology, to physiology and ecosystems, and this installation brings this concept to life through a stunning visual display.
